Another great weekend with Shawny and Jacob.  My little grandsons climbed a mountain… had a fly swattin’ marathon (directed by Gigi their 81 year young Great Gramma)… pizza making ( a tradition)…bikes…and fun in the mud ( my favorite sport to watch).  Grand “kids” put the kid back into Gigi Jones, Grampa Al & Grampa Chicken  !

We enjoyed a great barbecue last night put on by Pat & Juanita Corbett at the 108 Hills. Â I took a few shots with my good ol’ point and shoot .

TIB JONES & FRIENDS team  did the big bike ride once again for the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.  It was a wet ride but that didn’t dampen our spirits.  Our team raised $3,500 and counting.  Here’s some pics from the event…some taken with my little point and shoot and others taken by other bikers ! Thank you BIKERS ~ EVERYONE WHO DONATED $ ~ LIANNA & ALL HEART & STROKE PEOPLE ~ CKBX~CARIBOO RADIO and the 100 MILE FREE PRESS.  My heart thanks you !  Hope to see you next year !

Our granddaughter Embla Maja made her arrival into this world May 16, 2012 @ 2:45 am. Â This beautiful little gem weighed 7.6 pounds. Â Proud parents Cole & Therese.
