I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet baby girl who is 1 month young… first time around she slept … she was bright eyed and bushytailed  the 2nd try… grinning at Mommy….
These beautiful little animals were making slim pickens of our sunflower seeds.  They could not  figure out how to get the “coveted black seeds” tho…
We believe that these warm blooded vertebrates are nocturnal by nature. Â They eat black sunflower seeds only. Â We are not sure where they “Nest”. Â They swarm around the feeder like their counterparts. Â In closing we would say judging from their tongues they are related to the humming bird.
