These beautiful little animals were making slim pickens of our sunflower seeds.  They could not  figure out how to get the “coveted black seeds” tho…
We believe that these warm blooded vertebrates are nocturnal by nature. Â They eat black sunflower seeds only. Â We are not sure where they “Nest”. Â They swarm around the feeder like their counterparts. Â In closing we would say judging from their tongues they are related to the humming bird.
We have enjoyed watching our furry & feathery little friends for many years on our porch.  All of them are just trying to make a living.  Couldn’t resist  the first photo of our squirrel.  He was hilarious giving the birds heck that were feeding out of “his” feeder…  He went underneath the snow and popped […]
